Other requirements:
College degree
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
At least 3 years experience in a corporate environment
Experience in customer service/administrative role
Strong time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Pass a drug test and background check
Must have a reliable automobile with insurance
Must have access to a computer and internet at home
Personal Assistant Duties:
Some tasks will be daily, weekly or monthly. It is important that the personal assistant is flexible about their assignments. The assignments may involve one or more of the following duties
- Light housekeeping
- Light meal preparation
- Laundry and ironing
- Shopping
- Filing
- Making appointments
- Small business administrative support
- Errands
