1. Is membership required?
No, membership is not required. You can call us for an ongoing project or just for an hour.
2. How is the errand time calculated?
We bill our customers from when we start the errand or task to when we complete it.
3. What happens to my personal information?
Errand Managers has enacted privacy policy to protect our clients. All personal information is securely stored and only authorized employees have access to the data. We will not share or sell any information given to us by our clients.
4. What areas do you service?
We offer our services to Atlanta, North and North west of Atlanta
5. Do you only offer services that are listed on the web site?
No, if you have an errand or service you would like to delegate to us and it is not listed on the web site. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
6. How do I pay?
Payment is due at the delivery of services rendered or in advance. You can pay using cash, credit cards, or check.
7. Do I pay more for third party vendor services when I use Errand Managers?
No, Customers do not pay more for third party services. The third party vendor will invoice the customer directly for the services rendered..
8. Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes we are fully insured and bonded
10. How do I start services?
